NBA Icon Jerry West is demanding an apology as well as a retraction for what he calls "a malicious assault" over the portrayal of his character in the HBO show "Winning Time." 

Marc and Scott talk about the whether or not the show needs to be historical accurate or if it just exists as pure entertainment, what an apology would mean and the future of the show.
