Within the past week, multiple coaches have been hired to new organizations:

Lovie Smith with the Texans, Mike McDaniel with the Dolphins, the Jags with Doug Pederson, & Dennis Allen with the Saints.

All these coaches can be seen to have their pros in cons, but we think that the Jags may have gotten the most our of their hire.
