The NCAA has charged the Kansas basketball program with lack of institutional control and head coach Bill Self with responsibility violations.
From ESPN.com...Those are among the most serious charges levied against Kansas and Self in anNCAA notice of allegationsthe university received Monday. The Jayhawks are charged with five Level I violations, the most serious under NCAA rules, as well as two Level II violations related to the school's football program under former coach David Beaty.
