When we as fans attend games, we look to be entertained. Cheerleaders have been a staple of sporting event entertainment for a long time. While college athletics have both male and female cheerleaders, professional sports have been all female.

Pro teams are starting to go away from the all-female cheerleading squads/dance teams and instead going coed.
