Let's face it, optimism isn't exactly running rampant in Orlando when it comes to the Magic. Makes sense, why would it? 

The Magic have been rebuilding, re-tooling, revamping, and re-shifting ever since Dwight Howard left...which was about 7 years ago. Of course, there is a bit of renewed vigor because of what seems to be a highly competent regime @ President of Bball Ops and GM. Welcome in the Hammond and Weltman era. 

Gone are the days of Hennigan and friends, but will take form this year? Can it take form this year? Can Jonathan Isaac & Jonathan Simmons make that big of a difference?
