Arians Admits He Told AB to "Get the 'F' Out"

Here is the Bucs very well crafted statement-

"While Antonio did receive treatment on his ankle and was listed on the injury report the week leading up to last Sunday's game, he was cleared to play by our medical team prior to the start of the game and at no point during the game did he indicate to our medical personnel that he could not play.

"We have attempted, multiple times throughout this week, to schedule an evaluation by an outside orthopedic specialist, yet Antonio has not complied. Maintaining the health and wellness of our players is of the utmost importance to our organization."

This of course in response to the very lengthy statement by Antonio Brown – I’ll just give you the bullet points here:

·I appreciate the Bucs organization for giving me an opportunity

·I relented to pressure from the coaching staff to play, despite the pain I was in.

·He claims Bruce Arians went up to him while AB was sitting on the bench and asked “what are you doing” AB said he can’t play…Arians said YOURE DONE with his finger up to his throat.

·He made reference to the fact that there’s a big difference between running off the field and launching yourself off the line of scrimmage and getting tackled by defenders.

·He said that his past is his past but it doesn’t give anyone the right to make him feel like a 2nd class citizen.

·He claims that we have it all backwards…he said he was cut so he ran off the field – instead of the perception that he was cut because he ran off the field.

·Once my surgery is complete, business is going to be BOOMIN.

Adam Schefter- One other note to this saga, per Bucs’ sources: At halftime of Sunday’s game against the Jets, Antonio Brown was agitated about not getting the targets he was expecting during the game and had to be calmed down.

Bottom line is this- the Bucs never should've brought AB back this year. You got the one SB win out of him, it was never going to go according to plan a 2nd season in a row. He's too unstable for that. They got greedy. They got into a car with a wild-manic driver and got to their destination really fast and on time…and rather than wipe the sweat from their brow and take the win…they hopped right back into the car. Crash and burn. You knew this is how this would end.

Here's what Brucie had to say about it...
