Last Minute Waivers:

QB- Cam Newton- Newton enters the Week 14 slate with possibly the best matchup of the week. Only one team has conceded more fantasy points to quarterbacks than the Falcons, who also rank 29th in rushing yards allowed to the position.

RB- 3 options here: Rashaad Penny or the 49ers guys (Jeff Wilson and JaMycal Hasty). On the Seattle side, you have a team that is desperate to find a ground game – Penny was a former first round pick, they’d love if he got going…and he looked like the best back they had last week. 10 carries, 35 yards…nothing crazy, but it’s the waiver wire. The 49ers guys will share work with Mitchell out. I’d rank these 3- Wilson, Penny, Hasty.

WR- Jalen Guyton- With Keenan Allen out and the Chargers getting a tasty home matchup with the struggling Giants, this sets up to be a nice streaming option. Guyton has everything you want- size, speed, and when Herbert looks for him- its typically deep down field. He leads all chargers with an average target of 11 yards from the line of scrimmage. (Josh Palmer could be interesting if you are in a deeper league)

TE- Ricky Seals-Jones- The Washington TE position has been a tough one to follow this season, Logan Thomas can’t stay on the field and it looks like he’s not gonna go today either. Jones had that 3 week stretch from week 5 to week 7 where he was awesome…averaged about 7 targets and 50 yards per game. If he can channel that today, in one of the higher O/U games on the slate, could be a decent day.

DST- Pick your poison here…a lot of bad defenses with great matchups so plenty available on the wire this week. Seattle vs Houston, Chargers vs Giants, Panthers vs Falcons or Falcons vs Panthers…Titans vs Jags.
