QB- Gardner Minshew- Minshew-Mania is back! Gardner looks to be making his first start since week 15 of last season – but let’s not forget, good ole Gardner can sling it and this guy is hungry for an opportunity. Hard to come across a better one than playing against the Jets who allow nearly 20ppg to the QB position.
RB- Sony Michel- Darrell Henderson is questionable for today’s game against the Jaguars after only managing a limited Friday practice this past week. If Henderson sits out, Sony Michel would be in line to serve as LA’s lead back. If you need a deeper gem- Look for Jaret Patterson of the WFT who will be filling the role served by JD McKissic in the Washington offense.
WR- Jauan Jennings- 49ers WR could be a solid 1 week fill-in if you are WR needy. Deebo Samuel is likely to only miss this week with a groin injury BUT Jennings should be serving as the team’s #2 in his absensce. To make you feel better, Jennings scored a TD when Samuel left the game last week and should’ve had another – except it was called back. Also, take a look @ either Tyler Johnson or Scotty Miller with AB out for at least 3 weeks. I prefer Scotty.
TE- Foster Moreau is filling in for an injured Darren Waller, making that decision easy if he’s out there. If he’s not, look the way of James O'Shaughnessy of the Jacksonville Jaguars, filling in for Dan Arnold this week – in an offense that seems to lean on their TE.
DST- The Bears- I know they’ve got Murray in town but he’s probably going to be a tad rusty and its supposed to be wet, cold, and rainy…plus, the Bears have quietly been one of the best DST’s in fantasy the last 3 weeks. Outside of that…just look for bad weather games and snatch the defense you like the most.
