Week 12 Waiver Targets

Waivers:

QB- Tyrod Taylor- No sense in overthinking this one, Taylor is going up against the QB point fountain otherwise known as the NY Jets. He’s a run threat, he’s got Brandin Cooks to rely on, there’s not a whole lot not to like, other than the fact that this game is likely going to be bowling shoe ugly…but hey, beggers can’t be choosers, right?

RB- DeeJay Dallas- 9 PPR points last week for the Seahawks, so we have a baseline of success here…plus, Rashaad Penny and Travis Homer have been ruled out, that means what had become a 3-headed monster will now be a 2 headed monster…and the other head…Alex Collins has been stinking up the joint. Dallas has a real chance to take over the majority of the workload in this backfield and at the very least, he should be in on all passing downs.

WR- Laviska Shenault- Boy have we been hot and cold on this guy. Shenault came into the season as a solid sleeper in many people’s eyes…looked solid in week 1 with 7 receptions…and its been up and down ever since, well now, I’m seeing this guy all over the wire, and he shouldn’t be. Remember, Jamal Agnew is out of the season with a hip injury and Urban Meyer needs to have that gadget guy in his offense…a role perfectly suited for Viska. Plug and play today if you need a flex with the Jags going up against the Falcons.

TE- Jack Doyle- With Jonathan Taylor running through the NFL like a mad man, the play-action game is becoming more and more potent for the Colts…with that, its feasting season for the TE’s. Doyle has had 5 targets in each of his last 2 games and he’s in on 74% of the snaps as opposed to Mo Allie Cox who is in on just 40%.

DST- Not a great week for steaming defenses, but I always like to give you a look ahead…the Vikings should be readily available on the wire and they take on the lowly Lions next Sunday. (Falcons should be available as they face the Jags today if you are desperate).
