Buccaneers Sign Former Pro Bowl Safety After Injuries Wreck Secondary

During the Tampa Bay Bucs preseason game versus the Steelers, injuries hit their secondary hard. At the end of the game, the Buccaneers were down to only the two safeties who were on the field.

Mike Edwards went down with a hamstring injury that will sideline him for about a week, Kentrell Brice was injured during the game but came back to practice Monday, Justin Evans is out but is close to returning from a foot injury, and D'Cota Dixon is on the IR thanks to a shoulder injury. So who's left?

Well the two man team added a third member in the form of Darian Stewart. Stewart was part of the "No Fly Zone" secondary of the Denver Broncos when they went to Super Bowl 50. He is expected to make an immediate impact on the thin safety roster.
