This rumor has been thrown around for years, but now thanks to extremely low attendance the Rays may finally be moving north to Canada. Tampa Bay has received permission from MLB's executive council to look into a plan that could move the team from the Trop to Montreal.

These plans are currently in the most extreme definition of infancy, but the possibility is definitely there.
