Vanderbilt Upsets Gators In Final Moments

The Vanderbilt Commodores (9-22, 4-14) stunned the Florida Gators (21-10, 11-7) 79-78 on Saturday afternoon in Nashville.

Tyrin Lawrence hit the game-winning layup with 15 seconds left to clinch the Vanderbilt upset. The Commodores were led by Ven-Allen Lubin, who scored 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, as well as completing the game-clinching steal moments after Lawrence's layup at the end of the game.

The Gators were led by 20 points from Zyon Pullin, who also added eight assists.

Florida now advances to the SEC Tournament as the #6 seed, and will play in the second round of the conference tournament on Thursday.
