Michael Penix Jr is the new starting quarterback of the Falcons...I hate to say I told you so, but what did we say on draft night? He’s going to play at some point this season, and it’s going to mean something. When you draft a guy 8th overall, he’s going to play! We knew no matter what that Cousins was a bridge quarterback!”
Mike Harmon: “You can’t ask for much more than this stretch than to prove yourself, and maybe to become a hero, right? You’re set up to become that guy, the chosen next guy.
