Last night the Kansas Jayhawks walked away with the National Championship at the NCAA Tournament but that hasn't stopped people from screaming at Mark Emmert over the lack of penalties against the school over investigations in recruiting tactics years ago.

Marc brings up that no players on the current roster were around when the investigation took place and that Emmert wasn't even in charge of the investigation itself.
