(New York, NY) -- Former President Trump has posted a 175-million dollar bond in his New York civil fraud case.

Trump posted the bond Monday night, preventing the possible seizure of his assets. The court lowered the bond from $454,000,000 to 175,000,000 last week and gave him ten days to make the payment.

He has maintained he's the victim of a corrupt judge and an attorney general he calls "a thug."

Meantime, Trump is on the campaign trail today. He'll be speaking this afternoon in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Trump is expected to focus his remarks on immigration policies following the recent murder of a 25-year-old Michigan woman killed by her boyfriend who had been deported years ago and illegally re-entered the U.S.

The former president will also be in Green Bay, Wisconsin today to rally his base.
