The Tampa Bay Rays are just the fifth team in the World Series era to start 28-7 or better through 35 games, and according to OptaStats, the previous four teams all made the World Series in that same season, going 3-1. The baseball season is such a month-to-month marathon but early on, the Rays are as complete as it gets when it comes to the bullpen, starting rotation, and the lineup is producing big-time with threats throughout the order and even on the bench.
