How Does The MLB Regular Season Piggyback Off Of WBC Momentum?

It's pretty hard to channel the urgency of what we just saw with how the World Baseball Classic played out when you're talking about Major League Baseball's 162 game regular season. As a self-proclaimed baseball guy, I'm proud of the energy and intrigue that the World Baseball Classic provided fans across the world. I do think there should be some "juice" heading into Opening Day but I think the cultural aspect of what the WBC brings is unmatched.
