It's amazing how quickly things change in the NFL..in just a little over a year since the Rams won a Super Bowl with Jalen Ramsey, they're now sending him to the Dolphins for a 2023 3rd round pick (no. 77 overall) and TE Hunter Long.
On paper, it's a great move for the Dolphins but Ramsey is coming off a bit of a down season and he's also known to be a big personality. I'd expect Ramsey to bounce back with a talented Miami team, but will there be too many personalities in that locker room between him and Tyreek Hill?
No matter what, the Dolphins need their QB to stay healthy, and speaking of which..the Dolphins are reported to have just signed former Jets QB Mike White as an insurance policy.
