As always, you look around the league and there's plenty of candidates that are worthy of being considered for the '22-'23 NBA Coach of the Year, but Magic Head Coach Jamahl Mosley has done an undeniably outstanding job with this young Magic team.
It has certainly helped to get guys back from injury and have actual depth to work with, but Jamahl Mosley has truly set the tone and expectation for the big picture, and the team has reflected their belief in the program through their actions. Playing by committee, as a team, with the right mentality is something that is tangible when you watch this team play.
