With the Tom Brady era in Tampa coming to a close, it feels like the perfect time for the Bucs to cash in all of their chips and blow it up to start this rebuild process with a strong QB Draft ahead of us next season. There are a ton of pieces that the Buccaneers currently possess that could net them tons of draft picks. I'd absolutely consider wiping the slate clean with a new coaching staff as soon as possible.
The NFC South should improve at some point, but in my eyes if you rebuild the right way, you can get right back to the top sooner than later. Kravitz and I discuss the Monday Night debacle in Tampa in the podcast clip below.
