Kravitz's Top 5 Games for a Dynamic Week 13 in the NFL

Tuesday's are for rankings and this week I chose not to over think this one whatsoever, we have quite the weekend of football coming up between CFB conference title games and a slew of great NFL games. The conference title games sort of speak for themselves, win and you are the champion of your league…but these NFL games offer up some really compelling storylines and matchups, so I want to hyper focus on that. With that said, this week’s Top 5 is:

Top 5 Games for a Dynamic Week 13 in the NFL

5- Commanders @ Giants 1pm on Fox- Both teams have found their way to 7 wins this season in their own unique way. I don’t think anyone confuses these 2 as world beaters, they are definitely the 3rd and 4th best teams inside their own division (which is more a compliment to the Eagles and Cowboys than anything), but someone has to come out the loser in this one, very curious to see who that is.

4- Bucs vs Saints MNF- This has become the most heated rivalry in the NFL by a decent margin, these team legitimately hate each other and I love nothing more than dissecting this broken Bucs team in a stand alone spot, where there’s nothing else to distract us. Brady’s historically struggled with the Saints since getting to Tampa, but, he’s 1-0 against them this year, so can he make it 2-0 for the first time in a Bucs uniform? That’s what I’m watching for there.

3- Browns @ Texans 1pm CBS- Not often you highlight a Texans game but here we are. We had this one circled at the start of the year. Deshaun Watson back from an 11 game suspension, strategically placed so that he would have to start his Browns career in Houston where it is sure to be awkward and tense and weird. Very curious to see how Watson plays and how poorly he’s received from the Houston faithful.

2- Chiefs @ Bengals 4:25pm CBS game- AFC Title rematch from last season. The Bengals won that one 27-24 @ Arrowhead. Chiefs out for revenge, both teams playing really well right now, and the Bengals get Ja’Marr Chase back in the lineup. Perfect timing. O/U 52.5 the highest implied total of the weekend. This one should be fun.

Number 1!- Phins @ Niners 4:05pm on Fox- Great defense vs Great offense, always fun. Tua’s first real daunting challenge since the Bills in week 3, very curious to see how this one plays out. Plus, you add in the layer of teacher vs apprentice with Kyle Shanahan on one side and Mike McDaniel on the other. Both teams beefed up at the deadline, the Dolphins added Jeff Wilson who was traded because the Niners acquired CMC. This is sure to be an instant classic.
