After losing to Louisville, UCF has recovered nicely winning three straight games, headlined by a decisive 41-19 victory over SMU to start their Conference schedule. The UCF defense has set a nice tone and John Rhys Plumlee played what I thought was his best game this season with the box score backing it up. Javon Baker, Ryan O'Keefe, and Isaiah Bowser were true to form for the Knights and it should be a performance Gus Malzahn's squad can build off.
