Aaron Judge bet on himself after declining a low ball contract extension offer from the New York Yankees and now he's not only having one of the best contract seasons ever, it could be one of the best overall seasons ever in baseball history.
I'm a little biased because I follow Yankees baseball on a nightly basis, but what he's doing should be the number one story in national sports media and I don't believe it has been covered the way the '98 HR race was covered. He's the definition of a 5-tool player who says and does all of the right things and is one of the more marketable players in all of sports.
Kravitz and I wonder if the PED stain on baseball is why this hasn't been a more mainstream topic.
