It's always tough to judge a new Head Coach in the college ranks during year one because the culture needs to be established, plus you don't have all of your own recruits yet. Everything we've heard and know about Billy Napier is that he's a program builder and seems like he's here to do it the right way without cutting corners in terms of looking for talent over cultural fit.
