That Minnesota Timberwolves Win Proves Why NBA Play-In Games Are Awesome

The Minnesota Timberwolves and their fans demonstrated the hunger that a franchise who hasn't had a whole lot of recent success would show. Anthony Edwards had his coming out party by dropping 30 points and had some big baskets in big spots. D'Angelo Russell chipped in 29, helping pick up the slack for Karl Anthony Towns who was in big foul trouble all game.

The Wolves will match up with the second seeded Memphis Grizzlies led by breakout star Ja Morant in a series that will feature all of the young talent. We discuss last night's Play-In's in the podcast clip below.
