Magic GM John Hammond joined In The Zone yesterday and his comments regarding the status of Jonathan Isaac made it seem like we won't see him suit up until next season.
“No expectation either way, we’re trying to keep Jonathan ready physically, keeping Jonathan ready mentally.”
"He’s committed to the medical staff and they’re committed to him."
While Markelle Fultz has made his return, it is a different story for Isaac who has dealt with more serious injuries than most players at such a young age. Based off his body type and the potential that basketball people still believe he has, there is no reason to "rip the band-aid off" too quickly.
