Is Blaine Gabbert An Actual QB1 Option For Bucs?!

Blaine Gabbert's career hasn't quite panned out to this point but he's done enough to stick around the league as a backup. After positive comments made by Bruce Arians towards him, could Gabbert actually get an opportunity to start?
