Based on updated NBA Lottery rules, the Magic are currently in position to have as good a chance as anyone to land the number one overall pick. There are a number of prospects who have fluctuated in terms of rankings for the upcoming NBA Draft but it seems as though Jabari Smith of Auburn is trending towards being the guy.
