Stone-Cold LOCKS of the Week via @BrandonKravitz

Time for my Stone-Cold Locks of the week – Inching back up to .500, feeling the added burden of legalized betting in the state of florida, but I like it…bring the heat! Pressure makes diamonds baby and we’re going to put so much cash in those pockets, you’ll be swimming in diamonds! So far this season, 29-31 against the spread (3-2 last week) in my locks segment, so maybe just cubic zirconias right now…

throw away the keys – let’s lock ‘em up!

*All spreads reflect the current line as of this morning on the HardRock Sportsbook

#1 Georgia @ Tennessee (+20)- I’m just going to step right in front of a moving train here. Georgia has been a monster this season, no doubts. I also have little doubts that they’ll lose this game, but 20 is a lot, and Tennessee’s offense will be the best Georgia’s gone up against this season. Think about it, all Georgia players have been hearing every week for the last several weeks is how great they are…at some point the bubble will burst and they’re going to get a scare, it happens to all great teams. I predict it happens tomorrow. UT’s QB Hendon Hooker is a top 10 rushing QB in CFB, he can escape this brutal pass rush from Georgia. Back the Volunteers +20…lock it up!

#5 Cincinnati (-23) @ USF- Friday night special! Cincy hasn’t been blowing out their competition these last few weeks, 2 of their last 3 games against sub-par AAC competition, they’ve won by just one score, perfect time for them to face a USF team that routinely loses by 20+. Despite their struggles as of late, Cincy is still winning their games by an average margin of 24 points, the Bearcats have one of the top defenses in the country, and the Bulls do not – USF is giving up 35 points per game. Bad matchup for our friends in Tampa. Bearcats -23 tonight. Lock it up!

#19 Purdue (+21) @ #5 Ohio State- Like a moth to a flame. I know the oddsmaker want us to take the Boilermakers here, and I am all about that life. Purdue is coming off one of their programs biggest wins, knocking off #3 Michigan State, meanwhile, Ohio State struggled to beat Penn State and Nebraska in back to back weeks. 21 is just way too much with how well Aiden O’Connell is playing @ QB for this Boilermakers team. Love Purdue in this spot, back them last week, let’s go back to the well. Purdue +21. Lock it up!

Miami (-2.5) @ FSU- FSU had a 7 game win streak rolling vs Miami for a good while, but since 2017 its been all Canes. Miami has won each of the last 4 in this rivalry and they’ve won the last 2 by an average margin of 29.5. Tyler Van Dyke has been a Godsend for the Canes, filling in after D’Eriq King shut it down. Last week alone, 22/34 for 389 yards and 3 TD’s. He is exactly what this team needed to get back on track. I like the way the Noles are playing right now, I just don’t trust them in this spot. I’ll take Miami with the small 2.5 point line.

Bucs @ WFT (+9.5)- Both teams coming off the bye here and this one’s pretty simple to me, I’ve been fading the Bucs on the road all year and its been paying dividends. Every road game they’ve played this season has either resulted in a loss or its been a one score game. 9.5 is just too much against a team that playing them pretty tight last year in the playoffs, WFT +9.5, lock it up!

Eagles @ Broncos (-2.5)- What is it going to take to get us to buy in to Teddy B and this Broncos team? They’re @ home, coming off a monster win against the best team in the NFC East, going up against one of the lesser teams in the NFC East and they’re not even favored by a full field goal?! I’m all over this. The Eagles defense is easily shreddable, they don’t pressure the QB with any consistency, Teddy B is going to have a field day and the run game will help along the way. Love the Broncos here. Lock it up!

Browns (+2.5) @ Patriots- I can’t believe I’m doing this 3 weeks in a row but I’m fading the Pats again. I can’t help myself, I don’t trust this offense to do anything and the Browns are vastly more talented. Stefanski’s a good enough coach to not get outsclassed by Belichick. I like this line A LOT more if Chubb plays, but the Browns have proven they can get the job done with former Apollo D’Ernest Johnson. I’ll take the Browns because I’m a moron. Lock it up.
