In the early going, it certainly looks like the Toronto Raptors are justified in selecting Scottie Barnes over Jalen Suggs at 4. Barnes has acclimated himself to the NBA seamlessly while Orlando Magic prospect Jalen Suggs still has work to do. Over the next 5-10 years, will we view this the same way as we do now?
