Bob Bowlsby, the commissioner of the Big 12, issued a cease and desist letter to ESPN earlier this week.
In the letter, he accused ESPN of orchestrating Texas and Oklahoma's move from the Big 12 to the SEC.
Was ESPN overstepping boundaries if this is true? Or was it a smart business move?
