It was announced the other day that the NFL will suspend a practice they refer to as, "race-norming". A practice that says that Black players had lower cognitive functioning; leading to difficulties for Black retirees in terms of health insurance. We have many questions. How have we never heard about this until now? Why isn't this a bigger deal in the mainstream media? Would this still be in practice if someone didn't blow the whistle?
