And Then There Were Blowouts

They lulled us in real good. We watched the first few days of the NBA Playoffs and it looked like we were primed for the some of the greatest basketball series we've ever seen. The play-in games were MAGNIFICENT! And all the Game 1's gave us everything we wanted in the start to the playoffs.

Close scores.

High intensity.

Great storylines.

and surprise wins.

It was all we could wish for.

Then came the blowouts. The Bucks completely destroyed the Miami Heat last night 132 - 98. And the Denver Nuggets played with their new toys in Portland, winning 128 - 109. We'll have to wait and see if this trend continues, but if it does, it could really making for a not so interesting rest of the first round.

Luckily for us, there are three more rounds to go.
