It's almost selection Sunday and the numbers don't give UCF too much of a shot at making the NCAA tourney. But all that could change in the blink of an eye. Pundits around the country are watching the Knights play and believing. Not only can UCF make the tournament, but they can also advance through a couple rounds.
With two games left in the regular season, (tonight vs. Tulsa and Thursday against E. Carolina) UCF is hoping to push for some March Madness. But, according to teamrankings.com UCF actually has a 2% chance to make the NCAA Tournament. Just below American U and Bradley, and just above Miami Ohio. But that 2% shot doesn't mean they won't get in. This same site, predicts if the Knights make it to the big dance, they'll be dropped in as a 13th seed.
What do the number say is UCF's chance to get to the Final Four?? ZERO PERCENT!
