Ryan Leaf might not have the greatest career of all-time but he played in the NFL and cares about players after their careers are finished. Apparently the NFL doesn't do the same. Leaf took to Twitter after Vincent Jackson passed away and called for the NFL to do more for their players who leave the sport.
