A week ago Eric Trump, son of President Donald Trump, tweeted out that Football is officially dead.
Of course, not a lot of people were shocked by this revelation. The Trumps have been very clear about where they stand on any and all national anthem controversies, but that stance took another step this weekend as President Trump spoke at a campaign rally in Henderson, NV. Henderson is close to Las Vegas where the Raiders just moved to. At the rally, Trump said, "Football's boring as hell. It's just not the same, right?"
While many are unhappy with how the NFL has handled the national anthem protests, just as many are applauding the NFL's efforts toward equality.
