President Trump went on OutKick the Coverage with Clay Travis and hit on a number of topics, the biggest of which was many conferences cancelling their college football season until further notice. During the interview, Trump said, "This attacks older people, very viciously if it's the wrong person. But these football players are very young, strong people. Could it happen? Maybe. So you're not going to see people dying."
This quote is where most of the criticism is coming from in this interview.
He also talked about kneeling for the anthem saying that if NFL players are going to kneel, the NFL shouldn't open up and that he can't watch the NBA because of the kneeling.
