Every AD in the country wants college football back with fans in the stands, but of course things can change in an instant in today's world. From the coronavirus to protests to murder hornets, 2020 hasn't been very...stable. That's why when Florida Gators AD Scott Stricklin hears all of the predictions for the post-pandemic football season, he gets "frustrated."
According to Orlando Sentinel writer Edgar Thompson:
Stricklin said predicting the future is a fool's errand during the age of the coronavirus. Even so, it has not prevented his fellow athletics directors from weighing in with force.
Stricklin said "I get really frustrated when I see my colleagues across the country making predictions and giving insights that are nothing more than guesses. We don't want to be guessing. We want to make sure we have really good information."
