CC Sabathia appears to have waited until after he retired from playing baseball to get into the best shape of his life.
CC's playing weight hovered around 300lbs.
Sabathia retired following the 2019 season, and it would appear he has been on a mission to greatly improve his physical health since then. A photo surfaced on social media Monday that shows the former New York Yankees star looking almost unrecognizable from the waist down.
Sabathia underwent a heart procedure prior to the 2019 season, so it’s possible that health scare motivated him to get into better shape.
