Hi! I'm Austin from Open Mike.
I know that you are missing live sports just as much as I am which is why I want to fill that void for you! I started a Twitch channel devoted to giving our listeners a place to hangout with me during this time of social distancing. That's exactly what it is, a place to talk to and hangout with me. My Twitch schedule has been a bit random as of right now, but I am setting Friday nights in stone for you!
Fridays are now Orlando Sports Night! I will be playing as the UCF Knights, Orlando Magic, or Orlando City based on what you, the audience, vote for on 96.9 The Game's Twitter account. Do you want to see what could have been with the Magic season? Do you want to give UCF a redo from last year? Want to help me make club choices for Orlando City? We are going to be doing all of that and more every Friday night on Twitch.
What I want from this is to grow a community of sports fans together who want to have a good time in a family friendly environment. We are all struggling and spending a little time with other people, even if it is just in a chat room watching a radio personality play video games, can help a ton.
