College Coaching Openings

Utah v Washington

Every year we see jobs open up in college football, whether they be expected or unexpected. One that was not thought to be open (although they promoted the defensive coordinator Jimmy Lake to fill the vacancy) was the Washington Huskies job. Chris Petersen announced Monday that he was stepping down as the head coach and that took everyone by surprise.

Something else Kravitz and Shot discuss is Nebraska giving an extension to head coach Scott Frost, who will finish with his second consecutive losing record. Kravitz does not understand why they gave an extension to a head coach who already had a contract through 2024.

You can listen to the Kravitz and Shot discuss all the possible openings on the segment below.
