Daily Poll: Should QB Feleipe Franks Tone Down His Celebratory Antics?

Gators QB Feleipe Franks has been criticized for his actions during the Gators 24-20 season opening win against Miami. He was interacting with the crowd during the game and a couple of his celebrations did not sit well with people.

While the Gators did come away with the win, it was not pretty and Feleipe Franks did not have his best performance, throwing two interceptions and losing a fumble. It seemed that he was more focused on getting hyped with the crowd rather than the game.

We love watching athletes get hyped and get the fans involved but was Franks more focused on the outside noise rather than the game? A game that very easily could have gone the other way.

While Franks had the three turnovers, he also accounted for all three touchdowns. One of which, a rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter to put the Gators ahead for good, that led to him crossing his arms and mean-mugging the crowd also rubbed people the wrong way.

Should Feleipe have to tone down his celebratory antics? Vote on the poll below!
