Is there any better award than the Central Florida Fan Favorite Award at the Mikeys? Here's a look at the candidates up for the award.
McKenzie Milton has accomplished so much in his time at UCF. He lead the Knights to an undefeated season and a Peach Bowl victory over Auburn and was on the way to leading the Knights to another undefeated season before a terrible knee injury against USF sidelined him for the rest of the season.
Another well known Knight, this one of the courts, is Tacko Fall. The 7-foot-7 Center out of Senegal was a key piece in UCF making the NCAA Tournament and winning their first tournament game in school history.
Second-year star Chris Mueller for Orlando City SC has come on strong in his short career so far with the Lions. He is the guy that provides the spark for OCSC when they are down and he was a Rookie of the Year Finalist in 2018.
Speaking of sparks, sharp-shooting sixth man Terrence Ross, aka Human Torch, has been known to provide a spark or two. Ross was the best three-point shooter on the roster in 2018 and was a major reason that the Orlando Magic ended their six year playoff drought this past season.
