George Edmondson, whose “Two Bits” cheer became a Florida Gators tradition that earned the title of “Mr. Two Bits,” died Wednesday.

Following Edmondson’s retirement, Albert the Florida mascot would lead the pregame cheer.
In 2013 the Florida announced a change of an Honorary Mr. Two Bits to become the new tradition that has seen legendary Gators get the crowds hyped for game time.
