Vince McMahon's XFL announced all 8 of the leagues franchises on Wednesday. Sadly(for this writer) the XFL will not be resurrecting the Orlando Rage, and returning to the Citrus Bowl(I'll never call it the Camping World Bowl, don't @ me).
Oliver Luck is the commissioner of the league, don't worry Vince McMahon will not only own the league but all the teams as well. Luck mentioned the city hosting world class football events as one of the reasons they chose Tampa.
