Matt Baker of the Tampa Bay Times joins the show to explain how an influx of cash from television contracts has caused schools to think they need to keep spending money on these projects. 

Matt explains that Oregon was the first to start the run on building these multi-million dollar buildings. He also dispels the myth that that bigger the facility with the most amenities will help lead to better recruiting.
