Ok, to preface this there has been no football or hockey going on. So, I have binged the first 5 seasons of Bravo's Vanderpump Rules on Hulu... If you're not familiar with Vanderpump Rules, it's extremely addicting, and centers around the lives of servers and bartenders at Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant "SUR". Go ahead and @ me, I've enjoyed it. Naturally I've followed the cast on Twitter and Instagram. So during my morning social scrolling it took me by surprise to see that Jax Taylor has been tweeting hockey, and predicted that the Tampa Bay Lightning will win the Stanley Cup.
Now Jax does have family in Tarpon Springs, and without giving too much away a hockey team in Tampa Bay may or may not have offered Jax a job during the last season. It makes perfect sense if all is true for Jax to pick the Lighting, and hell as a Lightning fan I'll take that kind of publicity going into next season. Jax could also want to support his friend, back up goalie Louis Domingue, who has apparently texted him his new "set up".
Either way since I'm a new fan of the show I hope Jax Taylor takes in more Bolts games this season or even the preseason game in Orlando.
