Owens who has been tweeting his admiration for the singer, was in attendance of her concert Tuesday night. He even made a sign to get Twain's attention.
It worked! Owens was brought on stage and pleaded for twain to sing his favorite song... "When"
Twain responded "If you beat Braun Strowman, I'll sing When next time I am in town."
