Listen to NBA insider Ric Bucher join The Herd to talk about reports regarding Kevin Durant’s potential plans this summer, as the 10-time All-Star will soon be one of the most important free agents in sports history.
Bucher told Colin Cowherd that the reigning two-time Finals MVP has not only recently put his house up for sale in the Bay Area, but he’s also bought a new place in New York.
Now, Ric does say that multiple Golden State Warriors players are currently putting their houses up for sale because of the franchise set to move into a new arena next season that will be located on the other side of the Bay.
However, Bucher says the timing of an impending free agent selling real estate in one city and buying some in another across that just so happens to be in a city with two teams that covet him during a time that just so happens to be a month before free agency is too much of a coincidence to ignore.
