The Florida Gators had built up some momentum at the end of last season with DJ Lagway playing quarterback. They started this year ranked inside the top 25. Things have quickly changed as the Gators sit at 1-2 and facing a brutal stretch over the next month, and honestly for the rest of the season.
The Gators ended last season beating No. 22 LSU, No. 9 Ole Miss, and then a road victory at Florida State before beating Tulane in the Gasparilla Bowl.
